All grills are built to order. If ordering 1-5 units, allow 14 days lead time for this model before shipping. If ordering more than 6 units, allow 30-45 days lead time.

Details

• The original Infinitely Adjustable cooking grate design on the Premier Park Grill lets you adjust the cooking surface anywhere from just above the coals to 12 inches above bottom of firebox.

• Cooking Grate tips back out of grill firebox yet remains attached, for easier fire building and clean out.

• Structurally reinforced cooking grate is virtually indestructible. Grate accepts punishment from vandals without failure.

• Double reinforced grill firebox: First the bottom is ring reinforced to dissipate heat and prevent warpage. Second, integral formed flanges in front, sides and back panels provide increased field strength. The larger grill Models C2-36 and D2-48 include additional reinforcing ribs.

• Full 360-degree rotation in either direction, on theft-proof swivel attachment. Standard 3-1/2″ OD x 40″ long base post for embedded installation (B2 in model number).

• Coiled handle grips are fabricated from 1/8″ x 1/2″ steel bar (not wire springs).

• All-welded firebox and grate construction. No rivets or bolts. Grill firebox is fabricated from 3/16″ thick (7 ga.) steel. Cooking grate is constructed using 5/8″ dia. perimeter and handlebars and 1/2″ dia. center bars. Model D2-48 uses 3/4″ diameter handlebars.

• Entire park grill is finished with high temp non-toxic black enamel paint.

• Optional: Surface mount, portable disc or caster bases (to replace standard embedded base post). Availability varies by model. See below.

What diameter tube should I order?

Generally, 2″ O.D. tubing is by far the most popular size.

1.5″ O.D. tubing is somewhat more comfortable to grip, and often is used for handrails. Also, 1.5″ O.D. tubing can be used where a more delicate appearance is desired. For example, to hold partition curtains between booths.

Current lead time on stainless steel tubing is 4 - 6 business days before shipping.

1″ O.D. Tubing: Door Pulls, Towel Racks, Toilet Paper Holders, Cafeteria Tray Slides.

1.5″ O.D. Tubing: Handrails, Curtain and Closet Rods, Go-go dancer poles, Glass racks, Coat racks, Booth Partitions.

2″ O.D. Tubing: Footrails, Crowd control rails, Go-go dancer poles, Waitress stations for bars.

Special sloted tubing available: One, two, or three slots to hold glass/plastic panels.

What lengths of tube are available?

2″ O.D. brass comes in lengths up to 16 feet. All other tubing comes in 12 foot maximum lengths.

What is the wall thickness of the tubing?

All 1″ - 2″ O.D. brass & stainless steel tubing has a sturdy 0.050″ wall thickness. 2″ O.D. tubing is available in 0.065″ wall thickness.

What finish options are available?

• Brass: The glow of brass enriches the warmth of any decor. Our solid brass tubing is supplied highly polished and unlacquered permitting the maintenance of its beautiful finish with occasional polishing.

  Clear coating is available on request at additional cost, and is NSF Certified. Never polish brass again! Specify our unique coating process to prevent tarnish and keep your brass in pristine condition.

• Chrome: Mirror polished chrome on steel adds sparkling brilliance to any indoor application. it is virtually maintenace free and most economical. Satin chrome on steel is a brushed chrome finish.
• Stainless Steel: Durable stainless steel is available in a polished or satin finish for a wide range of applications.
• Wood: Oak toned hardwood doweling, smooth-sanded and suitable for staining in a variety of wood finishes. Combines beautifully with brass or chrome fittings.

How is the tubing shipped?

Tubing over 8 ft. ships via truck and usually incurs extremely graduated shipping costs. Assembling multiple tubes 8 ft. or less using #830 splices minimizes shipping costs and allows shipping via UPS.
